Typical council / anti business behaviour! Most of these morons have never ran a business or worked a day in their lives and know nothing about how much sacrifice/ hard work / sleepless nights it takes to get a business off the ground.

As a council the foremost aim should be helping the people within the world recover from depression, loneliness and get children off the streets. Therefore I think saying it is a greenbelt area is an excuse that shouldn't outway that of human kind.
