If Mini-THON is in the spirit of FTK, then all activities and money-raising efforts should be in the same spirit. If the cancellation of this event is because it has affected Villa's fundraising efforts, the people who made this decision need to realize that the community does not have to raise 90K every year. An event that creates awareness around an important issue, strengthens the Villa community, and provides support for suffering families (all while raising some money in an attempt to help the cause) should be honored, not cancelled. If the issue is lack of space in the gym, I remember having to donate money towards a new gym that was supposed to be built. FTK

This was the first time I've ever participated in FTK and it was the most fun I've ever had! I really hope Mini Thon stays at Villa.

I really think that Villa should have their Minithon because it seems really fun and everyone seemed really upset when Villas said they were going to get rid of it. So, save the minithon please!

Although I do not attend Villa Joseph Marie, my best friend does and i know that minithons have always made her so happy!

Mini-thon was one of the most memorable experiences in high school! I still tell people about it to this day-- FTK!!!

Mini-THON at villa started when I was a junior and I was lucky enough to be a captain. I wouldn't change that experience for anything and I would love if other girls got that same chance.
