Vidant had become a second home to me. I stayed physically and mentally fit there.. The kindness and professionalism was next to none. Surely there could be a solution that would work for the whole community and continue to honor your mission statement by movIng us forward
with re-opening the Vidant wellness center.

This is not only for the community but the livelihood of so many employees. This center has helped people get educated on fitness and they have seen how it is used for wellness. The employees have certifications and training beyond any facility in town. They strive to be educated to ensure the wholeness of every member or guest that comes through there. From nutrition, exercise, swimming, combination of training, programs to accommodate the individual or groups. The pool area has been used for baptisms. It is so much more than a building or business that can just be done away with and not have any repercussions. It is an asset to the surrounding community.

I rely on the WellnessCenters to maintain a quality of life that is self sufficient as do many with disabilities and medical conditions. The 92-93° heated Therapy Pool as been a Godsend treatment plan and was ordered for me the rest of my life. I can’t imagine how the disabled people and the elderly people ( I knew who used this center) are suffering now that the center is closing down. ENC Doesn’t have many choices and you all do not need to let us down!

WOW in real I wish Mr. Dwight Speaker would speak up and out on this matter and help fix this as he spent 20 plus years doing it well from what I understand, be bold Mr speak you know the truth of what’s really happening here!!

We need the wellness center. It is a place where people can get quality support while getting healthy. So many patients who otherwise would not do well after a hospital stay or major health change can thrive at the center. The staff is fantastic and encouraging to everyone.

I was a member for 20 years. I'm sure my visits helped me maintain my health. I would gladly pay more in order to keep VWC ooen.

Vidant wellness center has the recipe for nothing but positive effects on the people’s Mental, physical, emotional, and overall well being. The community of Greenville rely's on vidant wellness center. Please keep this wellness center open.

I looked all around for the perfect gym and found Vidant Wellness. In the short few weeks this year that I was able to go , before the pandemic, I was so happy I had finally found a gym I loved. I felt like the staff really cared. I prepaid for a whole year that's how confident I was in my choice. And now it's closed and I just don't have the will to gym hunt all over again. For me Vidant Wellness was it. So I guess I'll have nowhere to go to work out and get healthier.

Vidant Wellness Center is literally the heartbeat of many of its members.
The exercise and fitness opportunities along with the fellowship add up to healthy hearts and minds. Please consider keeping the center open.
