I attended UWO from 1991-1996. Within those 5 years I worked at the Residence Life Fitness Center ran by Toby Bares the former Men's Soccer Coach. I also worked with many of the former soccer players who are still my friends today. Due to the UWO Men's Soccer Program and Toby Bares love of soccer, I also grew to love to watch soccer and still enjoy it today. Please do not cut this program. The guys I worked with made it to the final four during the years I watched and I currently have a 5 year old son who loves to play soccer. I would like him to have the opportunity to attend UWO and play soccer if he so chooses. Save the UWO Soccer Program!!!

As a proud UWO alum I urge you to apply more observation to the decision in lieu of a impactful cut to the most successful sport in the school's history.
