If there is one thing that marks out the uniqueness and qualities of Brighton as a University, it is uni info. Losing it will be a sad loss for academic community and collegiality. I have valued it ever since I started working here in Oct 2012 as a source of information about what was going on, not just in my own academic silo, but across the university. I use it for serendipitous encounters with colleagues, and in general, to feel like I am part of something bigger, but where relationships are horizontal, between equals, rather than primarily vertical ie top-down communications from managers

Keep Uni Info, Not only for the serious reasons ( freedom of speech,) but for the laughs too (Random arguments)
