I was involved with collegiate sports for many years and I understand the importance of facilities close to campus.

Do not sacrifice the playing fields. The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs built a playing field on top of the parking garage. If you must build a parking lot, solve both problems!

My 16 year old daughter has a dream to attend UCSD and compete as part of the UCSD Collegiate team! Please don't 'Put up a parking lot'

There is no need for another parking lot in which students cannot use.

Yet another parking lot is not needed, and even if it were, the Sports Deck is much more well utilized as it is now!!!

The sports deck has been a useful utility on campus where friends and I have visited to relieve stress from academic work and would be a poor choice,to,be,closed in favor of a parking structure that could surely be built elsewhere.

Archery has made a huge impact on my life at UCSD. It has brought me new friends, new skills, and a new place to relax from academics. I don't know where I would be without Sun God Archery and this place.

I had so much fun participating in lessons during my 4th year at UCSD.. How could they deprive other future archery enthusiasts by getting rid of this place?! Not to mention, where would the team go?

They should create a mini-double parking spot, just like how they do it in the res halls. Keep the deck, there's already enough parking for non S-permits.
