I grew up in Storrs and spent many hours on the college campus. The "faculty row" houses are an important part of the history of UCONN and should be kept as part of the experience.

Once demolished, it can never be returned. Save our history!

The state should not take these structures. In addition the state should not be rewarded by utilizing demolition by neglect in order to be able to do as they please.

It's very sad that they can't find a creative way to incorporate these houses into the campus plan. They they need to try a little bit harder to try and persevere what little historic character remains on this campus.

Think of all the wonders the Faculty Row had done! Having the history live on is one of the better times that UCONN has to offer. It should not have to be disable that part of its proud history! Think on it as it accepted Pokemon Go's Pokestop! Keep it the way as it helps both the past and future aids for more than UCONN students.

What a shame that legislators can't see beyond the tip of their noses. There is much to be said for preserving parts of the past!
