Founded in 1999, Trolley Wing Company has been a staple in the trolley square neighborhood for wings for years. Their twice baked wings are unmatched by any other wing business both within salt lake and anywhere I have ever tried wings nationally. Trolley Wing Company has accumulated a long list of regulars over the years and have many loyal customers that both bring in new business and contribute to revenue brought in to the trolley square mall. Trolley Wing company is one of few businesses within trolley square that consistently brings business to the mall on a daily basis (the others being desert edge, rodizio, the spaghetti factory, and whole foods). With whole foods in a separate building, the increase in foot traffic that was originally expected in the other parts of the mall from whole foods has not been noticeable, the food locations described above have been the main contributor to foot traffic in that portion of trolley square. Trolley Wing Company's current location is built for a food and beverage business and it would be foolish to put office space in this location. We ask that you please renew the lease of trolley wing company and please leave this favorite location of many to go and watch a game, get a beer, and eat some of the best wings you will ever find.
