At Triton High School, we are currently facing severe budget cuts that have required our school committee to make budget cuts to every academic department, cutting at least one staff member from each department. Due to this cut, we may lose our choir teacher and face severe a financial burden on our entire Visual and Performing Arts program. The purpose of this petition is to protest against the school taking cuts from our program, and to encourage the school to override or take cuts from elsewhere.
