This train line is key and one of the reasons I moved to Beckenham - it needs to be maintained.

Canceling these direct services will cause dangerous levels of congestion on the platform at Herne Hill, already a busy interchange during rush hour. Also, trains arriving at Herne Hill during rush hour and heading toward City Thameslink and beyond are already full. It is foreseeable that, together with the congested platforms, passenger safety during disembarkation, embarkation (for those who can squeeze on) and then in transit, will be further compromised.

These services are vital. I commute regularly and there is no easy alternative that does not involve at least two further changes

This is a vital train service for commuters, in an increasingly popular commuter belt

This will be disastrous for me - I will not be able to drop my daughter off at nursery and get to work on time with another route. There is also NO ROOM on the Victoria trains, which are already extremely overcrowded

Those trains are fundamental for many people (including me). Also the knock effect to Victoria trains will probably be not manageable.

These trains are vital for many people going to work in north London. Moreover, when these trains are not running it puts undue pressure on already overcrowded Victoria services.

This is a vital line for commuters - the services are already limited and is not fair to cut completely to increase other services. Many people depend on this line, including myself as a first time

Hundreds of people depend on the service from West Dulwich daily. It is currently impossible to change at Herne Hill in the mornings and these proposals will result in chaos. Not only will it extend our journeys to work but make them and many other people's very unpleasant and crowded. Services from West Dulwich are already well over capacity and this will cause huge problems for many.

The 4.49 service from city thameslink to kent house is my life line. I had to fight hard enough to get work to alter my hours by 15mins as im a part carer for my disabled mum. There is no closer way home for me to help out with my mums needs. Please reconsider this change as its normal people that will be affected

This will seriously cripple the transport links in the local area and actually make it harder for disabled people trying to get to that side of London from the Beckenham area, it will also significantly increase costs to passengers as they would have to switch onto the tube from the train instead of taking train all the way in.

I am one of the people who rely on these services to get into work. I found out about the plans to remove them by accident - for unexplained reasons, the removal of these crucial services was not part of the recent Thameslink consultation - indeed, the consultation document did not mention this, and it was left to people looking at a route map in a 'summary' document to discover the proposal. This hardly seems like a fair consultation!
