Why can't Beckenham have 1-2 trains an hour to St Pancras and beyond?

With record development and home occupancy in this whole area of SE London any reduction in transport/connectivity is ludicrous ! We need these links ! Officials are quick enough to approve ( helipad application - Kelsey Pk ) and Odeon Lido/Mosque but cut back on transport links. We are spearheading campaign on 07957 605 229. Raquel

this will reduce the service to our area with slower journey times. The trains are already well used (full) and its will mean that we are losing out again to the west side of london when we can see that the population in our area is growing rapidly.

Penge definately needs a service to North London, St Pancras. We should not have this service cut.

The Wimbledon services should stop at Blackfriars to allow a wider Thameslink service. This was always the original vision of Thameslink.
this is a much used route - in the morning it is already crowded. Terminating this route will mean even overcrowding at already busy stations, such as Herne Hill, where is is almost impossible to board a train to Blackfriars.

This is an essential service which should be increased in frequency not cut.

A direct service to St Pancras, albeit currently very limited, makes such a difference to my daily commute, as I realise on the quite frequent occasions when the service is cancelled! That difference is measured in cost as well as time, it being more expensive a journey by having to go into Victoria and out again by tube. PLEASE think again and reach a more equitable solution to your operational connundrums.

having spent so much money on the Thameslink project, we were promised more trains into Blackfriars and beyond. We need more direct trains from Beck Jctn, Kent House etc - not less!

Bring back British Rail and nationalise the train service - we need more trains not less!
Please don't strangle our town. It needs more trains not less!
This decision is ridiculous. We are supposed to be making progress with public transport, not going backward as TSGN propose.
