Following recent notification of the intended closure of Tic Talk Day Nursery based at St John's Hospital, Livingston by NHS Lothian senior management.
We as parents value the care and attention our children receive at the Tic Talk Day Nursery. The management and staff within the nursery are second to none and look after our children within a loving, caring and nurturing environment.
The nursery is well attended and vital for many frontline parents who work at the hospital. The decision was made without any consultation of the parents and is wholly unacceptable.

No one even asked us! Just got a letter out of the blue. Disgusting way to treat hard working families.
my kids have been there for years and the staff are like family. how are we supposed to work shifts if we dont have childcare? disgraceful decision.
Tic Talk is the best nursery around. My son loves his key worker. DONT CLOSE IT.
Livingston needs this place. Total nightmare for us NHS staff if it goes.
How are we meant to cover hospital shifts without this place. Zero common sense here.
