History is one of the most important features to any culture. To turn the worlds oldest shop into a kitchen would be a disgrace to a history. Inked skin tells stories, most a lot more meaningful than a kitchen could ever create.

Noget af det fineste danske stykke historie. En kulturel rest fra dengang Nyhavn var andet og mere end et turisthelvede og et sted der er skabt af og til de lokale. Det er folkeligt og folkekært på en anden måde end de store statsstøttede kulturinitiativer nogensinde bliver, og det gør det indenlunde mindre fint eller mindre værd at beskytte.
