Vi har så rigeligt med restauranter i Nyhavn / København. Jeg synes, det er vigtigt, at vi bibeholder en snert at det oprindelige præg, i en by hvor vi sætter så stor pris på vores historie.

All the best. It will be a shame to see this go. Nyhavn is not struggling for tourism, this is purely for the owner's benefit and not for the history of the area. Good Luck.
