For a kitchen!?? What about a parkinglot where the litle mermaid is.
Greedy shortsightet investors should be compensated otherwise by government and the building should be put on a list of cultural importance.

The "worlds oldest" anything needs to be preserved , no matter what it is , for every generation to come
However , when this "thing" is the world's oldest tattoo shop , it not only needs preserving , it needs venerating
Society is only just waking up to how fine our art is , it would be a shame to realise this shops importance after it had been destroyed ...
