Copenhagen is one of the most amazing cities I've had the pleasure of visiting. The history of the city seeps out of every brick there. That's what made it so special to me; the mix of the old and cutting edge. Tattoos are now a huge part of culture the appeaciation for this parlor being around will long outlast another kitchen in the city.

I worked in Nyhavn 17 a few times a completely og years back with my boss, a good friend of Bimbo.
This is such sad news, this was an important part of my years as an apprentice, it would break my heart if it had to close!

Think about this statement, "the worlds OLDEST".... I hate to say it but, that has to be worth more than a kitchen for a another tourist trap.... Shame on you.
