In the past I have come to Denmark (all the way from Canada!) with the primary purpose of getting a tattoo at this legendary parlour. Heck, I even dragged a group of friends across the world to visit Denmark, one of the highlights being us visiting this historical site. To put it into perspective, this tattoo parlor is almost as old as my country! A site with such history and artistic significance should not be wasted.

I am a person that values history and my favorite thing to do in travelling to new areas is seeing old buildings, architecture, museums and viewing relics from times past... times before me. I am a tattoo collector for 25 years (first tattoo coming after US Marine Corps graduation). I'm an artist and have went through a tattoo apprenticeship (couldn't be a tattoo artist because of injuries), so tattooing is of a special interest of mine. I would love the opportunity to one day go and see this shop, take in the history, feel what it was like to be there way back then and possibly get a piece that will stay with me for eternity and have a wicked great story to go with it such as getting a tattoo from such an iconic shop. Don't rob the future of the chance to experience this please!
