I am keen on saving the works. It's a great local shop and I would like their business to live on as well as prosper. Good for the local community. At the same time, I also don't know the details about the rent issue. So can't really comment on how that can be solved, but would want it to get solved anyway possible.

We as a town need to stop these shops from closing. It's wrong g that the landlord to just put prices up at will and then force shops to close.
