I have never been to riverhead Sktepark but I have always wanted to go. I work at Greenlawn skatepark and so so many of my friends come and we all ride our bikes all the time And I couldn't imagine the devastation that would be felt if the town of Huntington decided to just cut the skatepark in half, it is completely absurd and a smack across the face to all the riverhead locals who enjoy the park. What a disgrace.

A skatepark is a place for kids to hangout. It's how they stay out of trouble and by taking the skatepark away they might get into trouble. Would you rather have kids at a controlled skatepark or playing in the roads and or private property? You chose how you want this to go down
