Terring down a skate park is like terring down a kids dream of becoming a pro whether it skateboarding, scootering, bmxing, etc. All this will do is stir up problems

Pkease don't tear this skate park down. It gives the kids something to do and gets them outside. It gives them practice and confidence. Thank Capron Funk for making that part in his video to let others know we can help.

My name is Raymond Warner and I am a professional scooter rider from California. I came across a link to this petition in a comment one of my fans left on one of my social media pages. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to voice my opinion as well as many others to those who don't quite understand the connection between a rider and his/her local skate park. My local skate park is called Cal Oaks skate park. I have traveled to thousands upon thousands of skate parks throughout the world. I have had the pleasure of being the first to ride a few as well. Although, none of them can quite meet the love and sense of attachment that I have with my small yet undoubtedly favorite local skate park. It is a place where I have grown. It's a place where riders create their own type of small governing system. It's a place where I have learned and built my career from. But most of all....it is home. These kids are doing their very best to keep their home and I know for a fact that they will be forever thankful to continue to grow and ride where they have for years.
