Just listen to the citizens of Clay County. Do not spend our money on a new annex. Please invest in upgrades to the current annex. You work for us. And I believe that this is forgotten by two of the commissioners.

More information needed, appraisal, work bids and cost of new site. It doesn’t look like it’s cost effective at this time to move. I’m also waiting on audit results.

I believe the county should be out of the annex business altogether. Otherwise, maintain the existing building at a fraction of the cost to taxpayers. This land deal is scandalous!
