Keep this Annex - upgrade the windows and entry, repair the roof (and the road while we're rehabbing...). Love the design or hate it, the place also has architectural significance!

Use what we have don't spend any more than we have to and bring it up to standard. If we have to expand, then build on the land we already own.

Listen to the voices of the citizens of Clay County, not the voices in your head! No new annex! Correct the current annex building issues, update/remodel. Stop the unnecessary spending of taxpayer dollars. Just because we can does not mean we should waste the COP money on anew building.

Rehab this building, but it's been in bad shape for YEARS. The windows are numerous and were of poor quality to start.

There are much more important needs in the gladstone community !! Such as street and infrastructure, expanded community services .. none of which require a a $ 50 million building .... etc etc.
