Small, focused museums such as Warsaw's Museum of Caricature are essential to the cultural fabric of every city. They are like the craft galleries or restaurants featuring traditional local cuisine which through their very personal character illustrate the wit and fundamental, unique personality of the city. To absorb these precious gems into some cultural department store is an act of destruction which can only detract from a great city and can never be reversed.

The maintenance of places such as museums and galleries are harmless and communication enriching so other types of structures should be built around them and not where they once were and if staffing costs are too much the people that should and can will volunteer.
Please keep your heritage and keep your diversity of art and communication intact, as a force to influence social order and cohesion

The notion of subsuming this museum as part of the greater mass culture is both sad and absurd . Treasure culture allow it to have many Allow the unique voice to sing outside of the choir of containment.
