The pub has been a home and safe place for many of the residents and locals around. The amount of friendships and memories made within the past 7 years has kept this side of uptown lively for all. Reconsider in destroying this local (cheers) bar.

This is basically the only bar left on this side of Uptown. Instead of tearing down small businesses for Short Term Rentals, Gables should be investing in the community so people actually want to move to and stay in this area.
