It’s the only safe and small business left in uptown! I will not renew if it’s closed! Keep safe amenities and fun things close for residents!

The pub is very important to the neighborhood for many reasons. One that immediately comes to mind is safety of residents in the area. With the higher crime rates in uptown lately the pub provides a much safer option for residents to not hate to risk getting mugged, or hurt walking to uptown.

The pub was a major selling point and the deciding factor on choosing Villa Rosa. It was used as a selling point to us. Taking it away would be wrong.

Part of the reason I chose to move into Villa Rosa was because there was a walkable safe pub on property. I work a lot and having a few drinks without having to enter a vehicle is so needed for my lifestyle. Ubers are just another expense for no reason.

There's nothing like Ill Minster in the surrounding area, for years it has been a calm environment and always have been able to attend and have a good time

In times that we are in today, I do not see how you can get rid of the only bar that you can walk to, feel safe, and have a good time in Dallas! Please save the best bar and safest bar in Dallas!
