We need to respect our history and the quaintness of this town which is why many of us moved here!

It is one of the last historic buildings in Flemington. Flemington is the county seat and should reflect the history of this county. Please save this beautiful and historic building. They sold the fairgrounds to put up a Wallmart, they put in another pharmacy where the movie theater once was, they Put in a fairgrounds where the drive in once was, the mural at the old Agwsy building does not reflect this county in the least, they just continue to Rob this county from its historic richness,. SAVE THE UNION HOTEL!!!

Why not of built up the town based on the historical significance of the Lindbergh trial. A museum, a quaint coffee house with memorabilia from that time. Have the hotel reopened and the decor back to that time frame. Have tours of the courthouse. Have Lindbergh days during the dates of the trial. That would have brought people to the town. Now it's just bigger is better?

Don't demolish the hotel. It's a historic landmark for Hunterdon County.

Why get rid of more history ? You already got rid of the race track and the movie theater. What happen of keeping history around for kids to know about and learn about? We have so many empty stores how about using them again to bring people back to Fleming ton and give us a movie theater again, race track some thing for kids to do all ages, like a roller rink , pin ball machines, and if you r gonna do stores how about something people will go to like target, payless for shoes some kind of store is not over price to get clothes and shoes from and that is gonna last. Not everyone in flemingtion drives and if you do stuff like that you will have people walking again around Fleming ton we are a small town that you are trying to have like city building in it on one street ,I'm for new stuff but not getting rid of more history and memories
