This would make a great focal point on show in our maritime city

She is part of British history and must be treasured.

Another part of the history of Southampton at risk of being scrapped. The local powers that be have no vision beyond shopping malls and student accommodation.

So much of maritime heritage is being lost. Draw the line here.

Please save her

More and more we are losing relics of D-Day, whether it be artifacts or the men who were there. We cannot let the same happen to Calshot.

Please save this iconic ship . She has alot of history .

Shouldn't need a petition to save a boat that was there on D Day , she should be given lottery grant ! This is our heritage lets save her !

This ship was born and bred in Southampton. She needs to stay in Southampton!

A great part of Southamptons maritime history.

Calshot is such an important maritime treasure and is rich in Southampton’s history. It needs to be saved and relocated to an appropriate location in southampton like a Town Quay for example.

This country, a maritime nation, has a poor record on preserving historic ships and other craft. Calshot must not become another victim of inaction.

Calshot needs to be saved. My late father in law served on her when she was in Glasgow in W W II.
