The mere IDEA of this proposed budget is absolutely ludicrous, and I don't think I need to explain why. If you are on board with the proposed budget, you should be ASHAMED of yourself.

These cuts will only exacerbate the inequities of Troy students. Rather than cutting even one teaching position, John Carmello's $275,000 salary should be slashed in half and unnecessary administrative positions in district offices should be reduced or combined.

With the students returning from this unprecedented break from school it’s time to realize they will need more individual instruction in reading not less.
