This treehouse was built in loving respect and memory to someone who loved his family, his life, and to live. To take this away would be a huge mistake. Save the treehouse!

Please let this family remember their loved one in a way that has meaning for them. They did their due-diligence and were told they didn't need a permit. Please don't let one grouchy neighbor with nothing better to do than complain, ruin this trubute to Jack Chen for his sons and wife. I live in a nearby community and have seen this beautiful treehouse. It is NOT offensive or an eyesore and it looks incredibly sturdy. It is obvious that a lot of responsible forethought went into its construction.

Let them have there treehouse. This is ridiculous that anyone would complain anyways. It is beautiful. Permits and red tape are keeping people under the control of government local or not. What crap!

issue the permit. it's an administrative action and to request they tear it down is not only wasteful and unnecessary - it's mean.

Whatever the reason for building the treehouse, it is a beautiful and unique addition to the homes. I look at it and imagine myself having coffee there in the mornings! Whoever complained is just jealous.

Please please please let them keep there place if solitude, a place to reflect and cherish memories of their wonderful husband and father. It isn't overlapping determined boundaries just professionally built on theirs.

I drove down the street and came across this beautiful treehouse. I stopped and took a picture, i wanted to remember it. Now that I know the reason for which it was built, I am signing this petition!
