I went to High School with him. Only saw him at the reunions. He was a great guy in school and became an amazing man with a beautiful and sweet wife and an amazing family. They deserve to have something in memory of their father and husband. He died way too young. If nobody is complaining then leave it alone. Who is it hurting? The only people that are hurting is the family. Don't put them through anymore pain for stupid codes. That's just STUPID!!!!!!!!!

I lost my mom two years ago at the age of 18 so I can only imagine what these young boys had to go through with losing their father. If I had some sort of momento to keep my mother's memory alive, I'd also fight to keep it. In this case, the treehouse is more than just a wooden structure but a way to honor a man. If it is not causing any danger or harming anyone, this family should be left alone in peace with their dang treehouse!

Stop picking on the treehouse, its how they remember their dad! If you take it down, at least give their money back. Go concentrate on freeways that's ruining the publics cars instead or improve State park restrooms.
