This is a beautiful tree and a memorial. I don't personally live in the OC but just seeing and hearing the sentimental value of the treehouse makes me tear up. DONT TEAR IT DOWN PLEASE!!!

We watched this treehouse being built, and were even kindly invited up into the treehouse on the morning of Halloween to take a look around. This was clearly a labor of love, and doesn't bother anyone. Let it stay.

Let me make this easy for you...have a city inspector/structural engineer respond to the location and inspect the tree house. Then out of a kindness of your hearts, hire a contractor to make the necessary changes.
