Save the treehouse! it was professionally built, looks great and when I found it was a tribute to someone, I was sad to hear that it might have to be torn down. NO WAY!

I nanny in this area, and this treehouse should not be torn down! I think it does more good then bad! It's a beautiful reminder of the loved ones that they have lost, don't make the family go thru another heart break with something that they hold so dear to them.

It's on their property...and why isn't every other tree house, shed, gazebo or otherwise requiring a permit...keep it!!! :)

Please let them keep their treehouse. Have a heart. Don't just act because of codes and crap your dealing with people with feelings. If you force them to take it down it's just going to make you look like heartless, soulless jerks. Let's see if you get re elected.
