This is a loving tribute to a caring, compassionate man and brilliant surgeon. It is a gift to the community, which is what Dr. Jack Chen was. Of all the things in this world, that should be attacked, as a wrong, this is not one of them. This treehouse is definitely a Right.

They contacted the prior authorities and were advised no permits for treehouses. Let them be.

I do not live in the area but completely support saving the tree house. It is not a danger to anyone and is a beautiful memorial to this man for his family.
