Save the Townsend Estate and preserve it as is for public use as a State/City museum and park available for rentals for weddings and other events much like Gillette Castle and Lighthouse Park and Carousel.

This is terrible! To destroy something so beautiful is a sin. The words Mandy and Pike make me nauseous.
The surrounding woods are filled with all sorts of wildlife: fox, turkey, rabbits, coyotes, the occasional deer, even less occasional, a bear. Owls, robins, cardinals. The idea makes me want to cry.
