We want to save the Teversal Grange and with the money ADC are planning on spending (£120k) to demolish it and put up Cricket facilities refurbish it and use the income to find the sites charitable needs (to maintain and provide the best sporting facilities).
ADC wants to pull the Grange down and charge each of the 4 users on site for a lease to the tune of c£5k per annum to provide an income to maintain the rest of the site..
We want to refurbish the Grange and provide a small profit to maintain it instead and still provide leases to the 4 users (so if needed they can go for funding).
ADC have given no logical reason as to why they intend to pull it down.
