This is making Riot look like a money horder. I don't think hextech chests and key's should be a thing. Instead this should stay. If anything make runes rp purchasable.

League Tournaments have been the only reason i stayed playing, the in game community was toxic and harsh. Finding other players in Voice Communities allowed me to enjoy the game with friends, and renew my love of the game.

We organizers put in our time and effort for nothing in return to run these tournaments it's sad to see Riot take this great community building opportunity from players.

Our server has fostered a competitive and welcoming environment for years now, and the decision by Riot to shut down prize support means that it will no longer be viable for us to run events. We want to be able to keep our community strong and healthy, so please Riot, reconsider!
