The Tarkine is under great threat. New mines will be built in the heart of the Tarkine. By threatening the Tarkine, endangered species will be effected, such as the Tasmanian Devil, The Giant Freshwater Lobsters ( the world's largest freshwater crustacean) and the Tasmanian Wedge Tiled Eagle (Australia's largest Eagle) and over 60 others.
