Rhyl and Prestatyn need to enhance their tourism offer, closing these facilities is a disgrace.

to be able to swim is vital to the safety of children, to take the nova would be to take away the children of and around prestatyns ability to learn.

I cant believe the council is cutting funds again this year we need this type of enjoyment and the nova bowling, they should have put more money into these things the holiday makers love this for kids.whats up with this council at all what we didn`t need was a bridge in rhyl which I have not seen anyone on it yet, another white elephant.like the pink house what prince charles opened a few years ago. my god its an holiday resort, it needs rides like scarborough have fish & chip shops larger than life markets skating rinks, swimming pools.karoaka on the sands.like scarborough, and that was absolutely packed, whats the matter with you people.

North Wales will have nothing left soon. Colwyn Bay promenade, Sun Centre, Nova and Bolws centres, Plas Madoc Wrexham all set to be closed. WHY????????????? I know savings have to be made but these closures will have a major impact on North Wales.

This action by Denbighshire forcing potential insolvency, demonstrates the authorities lack of committment to the economic well being of Rhyl and Prestatyn. since 1996 when Denbighshire came into being there has been a lack of investment in Rhyl in particular, which shows the bias towards the rural parts of the county, yet Rhyl has 25% of Denbighshires population.

It will be a real shame to close the main attractions of the all ready dying rhyl and Prestatyn towns. The council need to put there thinking caps on and pull their fingers out. Instead of spending ridiculous amounts of mone y on silly things that aren't needed i.e. the bridge in rhyl and the metal thing next to the nova!!!

These facilities must be saved for the residents and tourists and to keep Rhyl and Prestatyn alive. DCC you are a disgrace as you are stopping our children learning a critical life saving lesson on how to swim., something which can save lives.
