well spend the money to fix the boom gates and the parts of the of the tracks that are 'rusted' its really not that hard. This makes it very hard for people to commute and NO ONE likes catching the 782 or 783 bus because they are full of ferals.

Does this mean even the frieght trains are not using the same track as I still hear them after midnight so why is the Rail Service the only one effected?

what are our local polies do re this. This has been caused by long term bipartisan neglect. No party should blame the other on this one. Work together and get it fixed NOW!

Why don't they put an overhead wire up and run the electric trains down there beats me? If you had a more reliable service more people would use it!

closing an alternative route to Phillip Island is ridiculous considering the islands traffic problems during events and peak season.
