They are essential to Nevada Union! Especially in the hot weathers it provides oxygen and shade for the athletes. And it gives it the grass valley look. Not to mention the beauty of the look of the snow in the winter! Keep them!

We are the school that's "on a hill neath waving pine trees" we should stick to it and support our football, track, soccer teams of whoever plays underneath those waving pine trees.

There's no reason for them to be cut down unless they're on a gas line growing into power lines or other type of hazard with irrigation or electricity..
