Lets hope common sense prevails. After all, we are all living hear in this community together, so small compromises will have to be made by both sides in order to achieve, what I hope will become, a suitable solution for everyone. Lets support the people who are contributing in a positive way, to our community on a daily basis.

This place has some of the best food and coffee on the Gold Coast and it would be a terrible shame to lose one of my favorite breakfast and coffee places with such an awesome feel to it.

Where is commune's 10 car carpark? Or any other cafe in Burleigh? Paddock is the only one I can think of. Seems ridiculous!

Enforcement should be considered on a case by case basis, this requirement does not fit the Burleigh area

Rulings like this need to be thought through. The social is a great place to come together in the morning or for lunch. Yeah parking is difficult, so resolve that instead of closing something people love.
Let's help these guys to stay.
