This a great cafe and enhances the area for locals,. You can't Close a business for lack of, parking, the owners have invested their time and money to creat a great business, with amazing staff who will also lose their jobs, the Gold Coast City Council should be encouraging local small business not trying to shut them down.

I live in Brisbane and pretty much anytime I get i try to get down to Burleigh to try this cafe. I fell in love with a picture of one of their acai bowls and pretty much have made it my mission to get down there asap to try one. If the council decide to take away this cafe...well that would mean I wouldn't have been able to try one of the best looking acai bowls I have ever seen. #savethesocial

So typical ofo council not to give a dam about ripping somebody's livelihood from under them. How dare they just change their mind. It's outrageous. This guy has put his heart and soul into building this amazing cafe loved by locals and tourists alike. It shouldn't be allowed to happen.

A great place to eat and meet whilst holidaying on the GC. Owned and staffed by some of the best it would be a huge shame if the social were to be forced to close its doors.
