I was first introduced to the noise circuit at The Smell. Alternative performance spaces getting gentrified out of existence is lame.

The Smell is a historical venue for so much of LA's music scene. For well over 18 years it has created an artistic places for talented youth to grow and share art, music, performances. It NEEDS to stay. It is so essential to everything is LA

The smell provides one of the few All Ages music venues left in LA. There's plenty of condos/parking structures. We don't anymore

KEEP THIS PLACE ALIVE!
The Smell nowadays provides one of the few safer, (mostly) healthy and (mostly) inclusive environments for teenagers and adults to enjoy and feel like they're a part of LA's non-commercialized music scene. A vital part of our underground scene!

it was the first venue to my very first show, where I began my journey as a fellow surf punk listener. By tearing this venue down, your eliminating one more place of history where memories, and dreams were made. Keep the smell so that more up and coming stars will be made!

The smell is like a home to many young teens and that should not be taken away from us
The Smell is not a parking lot
