Such an important institution. I had an opportunity to interview Jim Smith for Japanes magazine and the way he over saw the operation and nurtured the scene was truly inspirational. All generation will benefit from this venue!

Just read Jessica Hopper's essay about The Smell causing me to do deeper research and find out that they aim to demolish the building. Punks worldwide cannot allow that to happen, Save the Smell!

To whom it may concern,
Please do not tear down the smell,, More so if you must at least offer assistance to help relocate this fantastic creatively driven venue & destination elsewhere in DTLA.
Losing my hearing & sight slowly is one thing but losing The Smell in one swift whiff is unacceptable not only to me but the entire DTLA community.
