Venue's such as The Smell will unfortunately always be subject to the will of industry and profitable business encroachment. But, the value these community spaces bring to society is of paramount importance. The Smell should be given every consideration by the city and the business controlling the building.

I'm a visual artist and I receive inspiration from nearly everything on Earth. But I mostly get inspiration from people. The Smell brings artists, musicians and enthusiasts together all in one place. The biggest word behind The Smell is family, and without The Smell; family would no longer exist.

In my home town we have something like this called revolution live. I love revolution and really wouldn't know what to do with out that place. I hope that you guys can save the smell and keep on rocking.
