The Smell is a place that gives back to the community and nurtures the arts for people of all ages. The value of The Smell makes more sense when one understands that the quality of the lives in a community are more important than the dollar signs one can make. It will be a tragedy to LA culture if The Smell is taken away for what is presumed to be a parking structure. Have more sense than that city planners!
