These were AMERICAN heros.ost of these statues came.to be because Confederate bodys were left where they fell and not properly interred, thats why ststues were erected in the first place. To honor the ones who gave there life

I firmly believe there is no legal precedent for removing any historical markers, statues, or memorial objects. Especially Civil War ones, in Tennessee or any other US territory.

I have lived in Henry county for 49 year's and alway's thought the statue was cool.I rember when somebody stole his rifle.It has been replaced.Nobody can erace History.So sad too think anybody would want too.
