There is a very simple explanation to this, simply free the animals and spare the nuclear plant of a storm of terrible publicity and public outcry from animal activist. This will be another situation like that of the Copenhagen Zoo giraffe culling. People from all over the world will know and there will be a lot of very angry people. Please sign and share and make your voices heard for these animals before it's too late!

Cannot believe the reasoning behind killing these deer! The world has gone mad! Killing innocent life for no real reason! Save the deer!

Why do you people have to kill everything that gets in your way?

'To pretend that hunting somehow helps animal populations is as laughable as saying that killing people is a solution to world hunger.'

Don't even stress them with tranquillizers just open the fence up for an evening they will take themselves off.

This is NOT, quote: "A WILDLIFE ISSUE". Sellafield took their habitat,Sellafield should now be responsible for moving them to another habitat...NOT killing them and sweeping them under the carpet. Nuclear power industry showing its muscle by annihilating poor, sentient creatures. What a horrible David v Goliath story. Dont listen to the DIP..Sellafield should be big enough to make the right decision to save this small herd. If you really cared for the welfare of these animals, you wouldnt be calling in shooters! Its not rocket science..move them back to their environment.

Let these innocent creatures live - they didn't ask to be trapped between your security fences.
