I eat at the CK a lot, it's where I would meet friends for meals, do homework, and get to know more people. I have spent a lot of time there and losing it would be one of the saddest things for me. I almost never ate anywhere else, except when I ate in my dorm room. I would hate to see such a good thing end.

Why would you get rid of the cheapest and most popular eatery on campus? Please make the student-friendly decision and keep the CK open.

The CK is by far the best place on campus for breakfast. it's very convenient and a wonderful place to be with friends!

The ck is great. So many students go there after intramurals and get something to eat. I have heard so many people in the community complain about losing breakfast and they claim they will go else where for food. Save the ck!

The CK is my favorite place to eat on campus! My friends and I have our weekly get-together at waffle night on Wednesdays. You will have a lot of very angry students if you get rid of it.

I have worked at the CK for 4 years. It was the first job I applied for when I first arrived at Southern. I have continued to work at the Campus Kitchen not because I have had to, but because I have loved working there. I have fond memories of both eating and working at the CK and it remains my favorite place to eat at on campus. I am now graduating from Southern and will be an alum. I can honestly say I will have a lot of thinking to do before I donate to Southern as an alum if they are making such decisions as to take away a place that contributed to my experience at Southern.

loved the CK when I went to Southern.It provided students with jobs and another place where students could eat and pick their foods.

I had a great time working there for 4 years. I met some of my close friends there and many other people. The CK is a staple place for people to eat at Southern. It will be unfortunate to loose it.

It seems that southern is so concerned with keeping all other pieces of history and tradition intact except when comes to the ck. To me it comes across as 1 or 2 individuals having something against it for some reason and doing everything they can to get rid of it. In other cases southern is overly concerned about what donors might think so why is it they seem to be ignoring everyone's opinions except those that correlate with their own?

SAU's Campus Kitchen is a great source of revenue. It's at a great location compared to the cafe. Generates income from both students and community folk alike.

This is one of the main hangouts for me and my friends. How are we future alumni going to come back for visits if our old haunts aren't around anymore?
Southern, please don't do this. For a school I praise so highly to outsiders, your recent behavior is beginning to taint my opinion in the opposite direction.

The Campus Kitchen has been a long standing tradition at Southern Adventist University and should not be taken away. The CK is a great place to eat when your in the mood for a burger, tacos, or the famous waffles! Save the CK!
