Save the lodge!! Nature Camp is a huge part of my kids lives! Learning about how to respect animals and the environment is the key to our kids' futures and Sanborn Lake and Lodge is a great way to facilitate this!!

I hike around Sanborn Lake weekly and want to preserve the area. Nature Camp should be enlarged and the building improved for our children and grandchildren.

My children have benefited and looked forward to this camp for the last six years and it has become a treasured learning experience that they look forward to each year . It has been so important in teaching them about nature and in turn these children often even volunteer their time as counselors once they are of age so they can pass their experiences on to others. Please do not let this amazing camp fall to the way side

My son has been going to this camp for 3 years. He loves it! He is ADHD and this helps him get to have fun and be outside and let him be himself.

In addition to this petition you should plan to attend the next city council meeting en masse. Let you elected officials know how you feel about this!

I have grandchildren that attend this each year. My oldest grandson has gone since the age he could start and is now a counselor. This camp teaches respect for our Earth, distinguishing between types of snakes, spiders, berries that are poisonous and numerous other things. Let's keep our camp at this site because it is safe.

Nature camp and Lake Sanborn are amazing assets to Stillwater, if not repair the existing building then perhaps a new nature center to host camp and nature says?

Please keep this lodge!!!! Upgrade it, or replace it. But don't just get rid of it. Too much history at Sanborn.

Nature Camp has been an important part of this community for a long time, allowing kids and counselors alike to explore and learn about the natural world - a joy that is normally neflected during the average person's day-to-day. Demolishing this location would spell the end to the very important preservation of this legacy.

Fantastic program that could even be expanded with a newer, better facility at Sanborn!

This program is wildly popular, why destroy a successful program that teaches youngsters and also leadership to teenagers.
